Thanks to the wonderful world of the internet, you can order mahu products from any location in New Zealand and we’ll get them to you. We understand that one of the biggest barriers to making e-purchases is the worry of it getting lost or not arriving on time, so we’ve created a system that should keep you in the know at all times, as well as the tightest of security measures to ensure your mahu skincare reachs you.

We deliver via NZ Couriers as the most cost-efficient method of shipping. Our shipping charges are applied in categories calculated on the overall most cost effective and easy to use system. We have a $5 freight charge on all orders under $50 and a freight free policy on anything over $50.

How soon will my order be processed?

For all shipments please allow 12hrs for processing. Orders are processed on business days only. Any orders placed after processing or on the weekend will be processed the following business day and shipped the day after.

Within New Zealand orders will be sent via NZ Couriers for smaller orders for delivery within 1-2 business days. Normal delivery will be within 24 hours but allow up to 2 days in outlying areas.

Please advise us within 5 days if your order fails to arrive within the specified time.
